Tim joined Crown in 2000 as a Project Manager. Since that time he has project managed a range of new build, fit out and refurbishment projects for a broad spectrum of private and public sector clients. Prior to this as a Chartered Building Surveyor working for a Chartered Surveying practice working in both the public and private sectors he has been involved in laboratory, health, education and commercial fit-out projects up to a value of £6 million.

Martin has over 28 years experience in the construction industry both on the consultancy and the contracting side. A chartered building surveyor for 18 years he has been involved in projects for public and private companies, local authorities, government agencies and health authorities on work ranging from defect analysis to project management of large commercial refurbishments, new builds and fit-outs up to a value of £3.5m.

Since graduating David has gained experience from both a client and contractor perspective working in private practice and local government positions prior to joining Crown as Contract Surveyor in January 2002. The diverse nature of the construction and refurbishment projects he has worked on, has provided a wealth of experience in the commercial, education, industrial and social housing sectors.

Neil joined Crown in 2002 as a Contract Surveyor. Since joining he has managed various new build and refurbishment projects for both local authorities and private sector companies. Prior to joining, he gained 10 years experience as a Building Surveyor in the public sector, preparing tender documents and project managing a variety of refurbishment, new build and maintenance projects.

Peter joined Crown in April 2002 and has managed a range of new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects for us. Prior to this he worked for both consulting engineers and main contractors, undertaking design and project management roles through many different contracts up to £12 million. Peter has over 20 years experience in the construction industry.

John joined Crown in October 2001 as a Contracts Manager. For the previous four years he worked as a Site/Contracts Manager on high specification commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in the private sector. Prior to this he served his apprenticeship with a local specialist joinery company and worked as a Carpenter/Joiner for various building companies before becoming a site supervisor.

Jamie has gained over 13 years experience project managing new build, fit-out and refurbishment projects in the public and private sectors, leisure and aviation companies. He has detailed knowledge of the varying stages of the construction process from concept to completion. Since joining Crown, Jamie has worked on many new build projects and the refurbishment of educational buildings.
