Will challenge prejudice and confront discrimination in the way that we provide services, employ people and work with other companies or organisations.

We will investigate any complaint from a client, member of staff, sub contractor or any other person with regard to discrimination. Where appropriate we will advise all parties of the outcome and take appropriate disciplinary action.

Will review policy at least annually and in line with any changes in Legislation or Best Practice documents. We will also review our policy on the occurrence of any incident or breach of company policy.
